The interpreter service is not included in this pack and must be paid a part. Your personal secretary's will be available for your requests from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 or you can choose another pack with a wider availability from 9:00-20:00 including Saturdays and Sundays. We are available 24/7/365 only for emergencies. We don't normally work on Festive days. Personal secretary available from 09:00 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday. Personal secretary Plus available from 9:00 to 20:00, from Monday to Sunday.
